Lymphatic Massage - local clients only

Reiki - local or distant sessions

  • Reiki is energy work that invites and allows Universal healing energy to flow through the practitioner's hands to the client

  • calming and soothing for the nervous system

  • the client remains clothed, the therapist places their hands on or over the client's body and chakras

  • Reiki often allows intuitive information to be accessed - both by me and my clients - in the form of images, words, and simply knowing. 

  • $115/90 minutes, $85/hour, $45/30 minutes

Craniosacral Therapy - local clients only

  • Craniosacral therapy works with the subtle rhythm of the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF)

  • gentle hand placements on the body and head aid in releasing tension that blocks the free flow of the CSF

  • structural and physical stresses in the body decrease

  • helpful for headaches, pain, releasing old patterns

  • lends a feeling of serenity and centeredness

  • $125/90 minutes, $95/1hr, $55/30 minutes

I often incorporate these approaches into one combined treatment. If you aren’t sure which type of work best suits your needs, we can discuss it when you book your appointment.
